How readers can report errors and how material corrections are documented.
We correct meaningful errors
Accuracy is more important than preserving a perfect-looking record. Confirmed errors that change a reader's understanding, decision, or trust are corrected promptly and transparently.
Correction levels
Typographical edits that do not change meaning may be made silently. Clarifications may be noted when language was materially ambiguous. Factual corrections include a plain-language note describing what changed and why. A seriously compromised article may be withdrawn with an explanation.
- Identify the page and disputed statement
- Provide supporting evidence when possible
- Separate disagreement from a verifiable error
- Escalate urgent safety or legal concerns
How to report a concern
Use the contact route in this Trust Center and include the page title, URL, concern, and any supporting source. Reports are reviewed on their merits; correction decisions are not conditioned on whether the sender is a client, competitor, or anonymous reader.
