Our commitment

The AEO Field Guide aims to provide a readable, keyboard-accessible, responsive experience with semantic structure, sufficient contrast, clear focus behavior, and meaningful link text. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time badge.

02

Known scope

The site currently consists primarily of text, navigation, links, and decorative diagrams. New components and content should be reviewed for keyboard use, zoom behavior, color contrast, heading order, and assistive-technology clarity.

  • Use the site with keyboard-only navigation
  • Support reduced-motion preferences
  • Avoid conveying meaning through color alone
  • Maintain readable layouts on narrow screens

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier, contact the publisher through the route listed on the Contact and Ownership page. Include the page, the problem, your browser or assistive technology when comfortable sharing it, and the outcome you were trying to achieve.
